Jannica Pineda
Director / Head of Nursing
Jannica also known as JP is the founder, and Head Nurse here at All For Health Care Providers. She is an established and well-respected registered nurse, with over 13 years of nursing experience. Her strengths and experience include:
• Mental Health,
• Aged Care,
• Australian Defence Force,
• Emergency Department
• Surgical Paediatrics,
• Medical Oncology,
• General Practice and
• Primary Health Care Nursing in Remote regions across Australia.

JP’s compassion and over a decade’s worth of experience have provided her with exceptional skills and is a highly sought-after independent practioner, often requested to work in some of Australia’s most regional and remote locations.

Having dedicated her whole working career in helping her patients, she was driven to do more and give back in a more personalised and tailored approach, which has her now successfully achieving this by establishing All For Health Care Providers, one of Sydney’s leading NDIS service providers

Specialising in mental health JP excels at providing care to patients with complex needs. She is adept in making sound clinical judgment and able to critically analyse complex situations and perform comprehensive interventions based on best evidence-based practice.

We encourage open and transparent communication in establishing roles so we are always able to provide the best care and support and always treat everyone with dignity, and show respect to all.

Illaisaana Wolfgram
Head of Support Workers
Ilaisanne Wolfgram, known among her peers as Illy, is Head of Support Workers and works closely with JP to ensure the best participant outcome is achieved.
Illy brings over a decade of experience and a Diploma in Community Services, Illy supports and works with youth and adult participants with complex behaviours, mental health diagnoses and disabilities.
Her warm and personable approach has seen her develop exceptional trust, care, and understanding with all her participants.
Jes Murphy
Head of Fitness
An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, Jes has transformed the lives of many clients through training and mindset.
She has trained people who live with disabilities (wheelchair-user, Cerebral Palsy, and mental health care participants).
Jes’s drive, dedication, and commitment to enriching the lives of others through movement is the reason why her clients always achieve optimal results.
Marlon Marcon
Head of Facilities Management
With almost 10 years experience as a personal trainer, landscaper, and builder, Marlon is one of the senior team members at All For Health.

Bringing a strong understanding of varying communication styles, Marlon is able to ensure the support needs of participants is always met, while ensuring they feel heard and understood.

Marlon’s love for landscaping and repairs will further help enrich participants lives and ability to have their support needs met to the highest standard.
